Book descriptionThis personal memoir of Shahzadi Khan-de Koningh tells an extraordinary story. She reveals her own spiritual journey through her experiences with the Brothers of Hazrat Inayat Khan, as a mureed, and then as a family-member, wife to Musharaff Khan. No one else could tell it, for she is part of the family, and yet is a twentiethcentury Dutch woman. The Brothers, called Companions, emerge before our eyes as real personalities. Reading about them is to connect with them and to realize that for the mystic, “everything is a message.”

The book will be available in Dutch and in English. The English edition will appear at the Federation Council in April 2012. The presentation of the Dutch edition will be in Katwijk during Summer School in July 2012.
